Thank you for shopping with Miaww™! We are committed to providing you with high-quality anime and Marvel-themed clothing. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Custom or personalized orders
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at miawwofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.
- Shipping: Ship your item back to us using the address provided in the return instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
2. Refunds
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Partial Refunds:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at miawwofficial@gmail.com.
Exchange Process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number and details about the product issue.
- Exchange Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed if your exchange is approved.
- Shipping: Ship your item back to us using the address provided in the exchange instructions.
4. Gifts
Gift Returns:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
